Customer Reviews

it took me a while to decide to write this review because I don't want to get anyone fired. we showed up on time, filled in the indemnity forms, and walked to fetch our Canoe to start our adventure. the 2 guys told us to get in the canoe sidewise, and told us not to worry "because you're not gonna fall". Foolishly we believed them as they push us, again, sidewise, towards the water, and of course the canoe flipped. there were 3 of us on a very unstable canoe, my friend's professional camera and two lenses got completely damaged because of the water and mud; all 3 of us had injuries in our legs, being me the most affected one with an open cut on my right knee, one of the guys got his first aid kit, disinfected it and wrapped it. We still went canoeing but this time we didn't take any cameras or phones with us, but we did ask one of the guys to go with us, being 2 persons per canoe, which made it more stable. so we only did it for 2 hours because he had to go back to work, which of course we all understood and accepted. Canoeing was fun, it was my second time doing it, but afterward I still had to head to the hospital to get proper treatment for my injury. I can supply all the medical records for that as well, although those expenses were covered by my medical aid. The camera was covered by travel insurance. so I'm not asking for any refund, just to PLEEEEEEASE be careful next time! it was a shame though because we don't have any pictures of the adventure.... we spotted so many animals and birds.... - Mirna Ramirez

The Booking handling was perfect, We booked through Jenny, Was excellend service. We unfortunately didn''t have a great row, We went in the double and were given two single oars and all we did was go around in circles. It was a waste to go out, The wind had picked up a bit and it wasnt worth even going out. It wasnt a pleasent experiance at all. Last time we went out we had a absolute ball. We didnt even get to go far cause we just turned and turned. If we had manmaged to get to the other side there was no way we could of gone back to base / shore. Kind Regards Kim - Kim van Voorst
